Novità in bloggolandia
Ho iniziato un nuovo blog di recensione e critica di ristoranti, si chiama FORCHETTINE. È la realizzazione di un vecchio sogno di bambina, leggete il primo post per saperne di più. Il primo ristorante recensito è un'osteria in provincia di Pisa. Andiamoci insieme, ho già prenotato per tutti.

Good grief, this could go international. You start it in Italy, we provide you with up to the minute forchettine reviews from Napa Valley,San Francisco, Portland, Seattle. WE now have a considerable group of readers from everywhere.
Way to go!
We could try every single spaghetti e polpette, from every corner of the world. Or, something simpler like PASTA ALFREDO. Everybody makes these things, but, how close are they to the authentic stuff?

R - Oddly enough the proverbial Fettuccine are clever Alfredo's invention aimed at American palates; and spaghetti and meatballs are not an authentic Italian recipe!
