Shield overhead

El Haouaria, province of Nabeul, Tunisia
November 2004

The northern-most tip of Africa. Those on the horizon are the islands of Zembra and Zembretta. Sicilia is only a couple hundred nautical miles further to the north east.

Regardless of borders, social diversity, genetic dissimilarities, religious creed, sexual gender and political orientation, we are all sheltered by the same sky.
We are one under the empyrean.
