I make a similar dish to this but roll up ...Lovely. I make a similar dish to this but roll up the sardines. I wish more people would discover sardines. Here in Australia, it seems only we Italians, Greeks, Spanish or Portuguese eat them. Shame, as they're a sustainable species. Some people don't like the 'fishy' taste.
