I was introduced to Bagna Cauda when I marrie...YUM! I was introduced to Bagna Cauda when I married my husband of Piemontese descent. I took to it instantly - who could not? We're not afraid of garlic and use lots! And yes my mother in law uses either the milk or cream. I like it without!
